Machine operation process:

1. The bottles are transported into the dividing turntable through a plate chain.

2. Manually place the inner plug and outer cover into the vibration disc and discharge them one by one into the cover punching mechanism for further work. The use of cover hanging mechanism for vials outer cover

3. Press the start button on the device touch screen, and the bottle is pushed into the teeth of the main rotary table. The movement of the main rotary table drives the bottle to move clockwise, and the teeth of the rotary table just grip the bottle, so that the bottle does not pour inside the rotary table and is positioned.

4. When the bottle moves through the filling station with the main rotary table, the bottle probe detects the presence of a bottle, and the servo motor operates to transport a fixed amount of liquid into the empty bottle through a peristaltic pump. If no bottle is detected, the device does not perform filling.

5. When the bottle passes through the upper inner stopper position with the movement of the main rotary table, the stopper pressing mechanism acts, automatically putting the inner stopper onto the filled bottle mouth and performing the inner stopper pressing action; No action without filling.

6. When the bottle moves through the cap hanging position with the main rotary table, the cap will automatically hang.

7. When the bottle passes through the capping position with the movement of the main rotary table, the capping mechanism moves up and down, driving the capping head to cooperate with the up and down movement, tightly rolling the bottle cap onto the bottle mouth, and completing the capping action.

8. The bottles with completed filling and selected caps are automatically exported to the main rotary table through the conveyor chain, completing a series of actions such as automatic bottle loading——filling——Upper bottle stopper——Upper bottle capping——bottle capping——and bottle discharge.
